FOR TINA draws its inspiration from the tragic incident of May 26th, 2020. Tina Ezekwe, a 16-year-old student diligently preparing for her WAEC exams, fell victim to a stray bullet fired by an allegedly intoxicated police officer. The officer had discharged his firearm to scatter a crowd that had congregated following his altercation with a bus driver who resisted paying a bribe. Despite being promptly taken to the hospital and receiving initial medical care, Tina tragically succumbed to her injuries two days later.
