Laolu Senbanjo’s ink and acrylic canvas work titled, “Army arrangement” is a depiction of the drunken state of many African leaders amid severe poverty among the followers. The artist portrays the then President Muhammadu Buhari in a festive mood after soldiers invaded Lekki toll gate; venue of the #EndSARS protests in Lagos to disperse protesters. 
The work also illustrates Nigerian youths in a state of despair, lack and police brutality. The ballot box pictogram indicates youths’ capacity to vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress in the 2023 general elections. But the political party won the poll which some stakeholders believe was not fair and free.
In a comment on the artwork, Senbanjo states, “This is a pandemic we have lived with for too long, an epidemic that has refused to ease; power-drunk leaders, ignoble politicians, blood thirsty police...’’
